All SEC right guard and a 240 lb QB and all you need is six inches… joker chooses a run with sanders to the left side. Its this stuff that got him fired. He can’t make simple decisions… he would rather run a really bad play the defense isnt expecting then a really good play the defense might be suspecting. SMH… good riddance you pathetic joke

Putting aside how many people on forums want Petrino, if Mitch won’t hire him, would you rather have Cincy’s Butch Jones or Texas A&M’s young coordinator Kingsbury? (Jones may not leave Cincy or may pick a different school, and Kingsbury may not get a look since Mitch may want someone with experience since Joker failed without it)
Myself, if it were down to those two, I may go Kingsbury.

Incredible these guys were put in charge of a team… Who rotates QBs like this? Wait Til a guy warms up a bit and has a good drive or 2 then pull him, unbelievable. Didnt see it as much 2nd half but it still amazes me that they do this
40) Who calls reverses and dropbacks on 4th and inches? Who calls 3-yard passes on 3rd and 13? Joker has said before that he wants guys who break 5-yard plays for 20 like he had with Little, Burton, and then Cobb. He doesn’t know how to coach players that don’t make big plays despite the playcalling. And it shows when every defense can guess the play he’s going to run every time.
Obviously hiring Joker was a mistake. It’s a shame for him, but he desperately needed experience as a Head Coach at a lower level school where he could work out the kinks, develop a style, recruit at that level, and show whether he could win. Barnhart let the “hometown hero” side of him overwhelm the “lacks leadership experience” side, and then he ran off Brooks a couple years early to give Joker his chance. Brooks intended to do 10 years.
Glad to see the “F”in coaching staff get out of here with their conservative play calling. Wouldn’t you think we wud have pulled out all stops to win this game? Two worse defenses in the SEC and we still can’t score on them. Whitlow is nothing more than an adequate backup quarterback. Minter had said our defense will be better next year….well Rick, we just saw today that it won’t be. Good riddance to you and your no tackle, no pass rush, no pass defense strategy.
I know it’s not gonna happen but the best hire Mitch could make to me is definitely Kingsbury. He is a great up and coming coach and could light a spark on the sideline and most importantly put fans in stands. #KingsburytoUK
Playing one of the worse defenses in the country and almost got shutout the 2nd half. Good riddance to this entire staff and they were overhired and overpaid for taking us to the bottom of the barrel on the national FB scene.
