Khalid Henderson is a Cat! *Fist Pump*

Was there ever even a doubt after he tweeted this picture?

According to Steve Jones over at Rivals.com, the head coach at Pebblebrook High School in Georgia said his four-star linebacker will be suiting up for the Kentucky Wildcats. The 6’0”, 200 lb., former Tennessee commit picked the Cats over Ole Miss.

GREAT pickup by UK.

Rivals says 3 star…not 4 star….still a good pick up for the Joker though

What Joker lacks in coaching, he makes up for in recruiting. I wish there was a way to keep him on staff after next season, without him actually being the Head Coach.

Will probably have an immediate impact.

  9. 3stars?

Should we be really excited about all these 3 stars with Joker’s coaching? We need more 4 star players to be good.

Yeah number 9, for now on UK should only recruit 4 star players that scout.com says are 4 stars. I mean no way a 2 star or 3 star guy can play and be good at the next level. If scout says someone is only a 3 star then no way should the cats recruit him. Give me a break you are a moron. Who cares what number of stars are next to his name. Stars are just opinions of guys who get these things wrong alot. If we went back and re did the stars and recruiting rankings for 2008, Randall Cobb would have been a 5 star, not the 2 star he was given.

    #9…24/7 has him as a 4-star.

  12. 3stars?

Sure, super-intelligent 10. But you are forgetting that Joker is our head coach.

Florida State is getting a RIDICULOUS class

It is less about the stars and more about how the staff develops these players. UK used to be in a situation when stars mattered, but now they are getting as good of “rated” players as any program in the country, except for those elite ones. Difference is that a lot of the programs who have the same talent seem to develop their talent better, at least lately. I don’t really think talent is an issue. We are recruiting about as good as UK can recruit in football. That has never been Joker’s problem.

    14. But Florida State will still go 8-4 and be in the Champ Sports Bowl.
