Kentucky Out for 2013 Recruit

Former 2014 shooting guard Wayne Selden is no longer considering the Cats, according to Evan Daniels, after reclassifying to 2013.  As reported by Ky Cat Stats:

Moving to the 2013 class was probably enough to take him out of serious contention, due to the log jam at the wing position for Kentucky recruits next year.  With the Harrisons, James Young, and Jabari Parker all possible Kentucky wing players, there just isn’t enough room for everybody.  Best of luck to Mr. Selden in the future.  Just do everyone a favor and don’t pick Florida.  We’d hate to have to root against you.

I was afraid my game wasn’t good enough to compete for playing time at UK so I will pick a lesser school where I can be the big star.

Not sure Jabari Parker scared him off. Brothers Harrison, yeah.

Florida could have the 2nd best 2013 class made up of players UK didn’t have room for.

Selden not coming to Florida, just threw us in there for good measure I suppose. Also, UK offered Kasey Hill a year ago and he did not accept. He preferred to stay in-state and play for Donovan. UK didn’t offer Walker which will come back to haunt them but Calipari wanted Hill much more than the Harrison twins. There is a reason that Donovan cut them from the U18 USA team, they are both divas and have reputations for being immature and selfish on the court. Sounds like UK material to me.

#8, you say Cal wanted Hill much more than the Harrison twins. How do you know? I watched every game of Hill in the City of Palms tourney last year. No UK coach followed Hill. UF was represented at every Hill game. Hill and Walker are fine players, but don’t run away loose with the facts. Funny that you are the first I’ve heard say the Harrisons are divas and are immature. I’m sure you’d say that if they were going to UF … lmao. BTW, I saw the Harrisons in the SuperShowcase a few weeks ago and distinctly did not have that impression.

#8 are you the same gater fan that was on here talking how you knew Bennett was going to Flordia and the coaches had already told the players. That turned out well for you. Cal has made the Harrison’s the TOP priority for 3 years. He has made little secret about it that is way Hill declined the offer so get your facts strait.Cal will send Billt D our left overs. Hope you do have a good team that way it will help our RPi. But don’t ever think Flordia and your 2 championships is ever on UK level.

Hey everyone just ignore gogaytors…he is a d-bag and is full of sh*t. He gets on here and acts like he is the greatest basketball expert and in all actuality he knows less than my six year old nephew about basketball and recruiting. He would know about divas though since Billy D seems to always have a team full of them.
