Kentucky Ends Vandy’s Home Winning Steak, 58-56

If you’re still having flashbacks of Christian Laettner, you’re not alone. In a game filled with horrible outside shooting, great defense, ultra-physical play all over the court, double technicals, and John Wall superhero-dom, the Cats pulled out the tough road win and ended Vandy’s home winning streak by beating the ‘Dores 58-56. From Patrick Patterson’s (pretty much) game winning three to John Wall’s “team on my shoulders” block or to Vandy ripping a page out of Duke’s playbook and almost pulling off the famous Laettner play in detail, even to the point of having a tall annoying white guy do the deed, this game will definitely be a memorable one for years to come. More to come soon, including a full run down of the game and post-game quotes from the fellas….meanwhile….GO….FREAKIN’…..CATS!!!!!

I enjoy basketball, Kentucky sports and extremely short walks on the beach, followed by a nap. Sorry ladies, I'm taken.
