As a Heat fan living in South Florida I would love to see this! If they pay him the minimum he would still be paid somewhere around $760,000 – enough to buy new jorts to wear while hangin out on South Beach.

Can you imagine how much more money LeBron James would be bringing in if he got royalties everytime somebody says, “take my talents to south beach?”

At a time like this, I think it’s only appropriate to ask who in the hell still has a copy of Men in Blue and Gettin’ Tubby Wit It. Just sayin. May be time to bust out a Jorts themed Miami too.

Are there any doubts that his decision to come to UK was the best choice he’s ever made? Big men should be jumping at the chance to come here.

To anyone scoffing at Calipari as a coach consider this: if Billy the drunk were still our coach, would Harrelson, Liggins, & Miller be NBA players now if they were playing for Gillispie the whole time?

This is great news. I bet Bron had something to do with it.

    #5 No doubt indeed.

I’d have little choice but to root for Miami most games if this happens.

He seems pretty ideal for Miami really. He established that he can shoot the NBA three 3 pretty decently last year and can hold his own rebounding and defending other big men, which is just about what Miami needs. I can’t imagine Miami can spare much salary with all the big names they have so Jorts would be good value for them.

This would be awesome. Jorts could really contribute too. Defense,
dirty work, outside shooting. Man, this would be a GREAT deal for both parties. Go Jorts.
