Joker Phillips finally embraces the Joker jokes

After years of the rest of us making Joker Phillips/Joker from “The Dark Knight” puns, Joker Phillips has finally embraced his alter ego. This morning, Joker tweeted the picture above, with the caption “IT’S TIME TO COME PLAY WR FOR THE JOKER! #ComePlayWRForTheJoker #GatorNation #SpreadTheWord.”
While you have to give Joker props for having a good sense of humor, this is pretty creepy. And strange.

umm..wow
And just like Heath Ledger, Joker’s head coaching career is also dead.
Photoshopping that picture is more work than he ever did at UK.
I wonder how many folks will find this to be in poor taste…given Heath Ledger’s death and the movie theater shooting (where the shooter dressed as the Joker).
The game was on at 7:15 on ESPN2. It started with Delaware/NC at 7pm.

Ridiculous. If you can’t sell recruits on playing for you because you will make them better, then resort to gimmicks. I’m curious how the wide receiver corps at florida will perform after a year or two under his tutelage.
Who is this guy?
What’s a Joker Phillips?
I’m just glad we’re paying him millions NOT to coach here.
Joker might be a great fit at Florida, if they’re looking to keep getting 3 star recievers who can’t catch the ball is what they’re needing.
Since there has not been a Wiggins comment yet – Alonz Moruning just presented him with Gatorade Player of the Year.
Hope he stays with the Gaytors for a while, since according to reports of our spring practice, his recruits can’t catch a pass…
Yes, all wide receivers go play for the Joker. He will make you wear cammo and suck.
Ugh, I think it would have been more appropriate to use the cartoon version of the Joker. Too weird.
Why so serious?
Joker working way harder as an assistant than he ever did as a HC… something is wrong there
Why do we have a story about a Flordia coach on a UK fan site? Joker tanked our program at a time when Brooks had us ready to take the next step to actually being a player in the SEC.
Thankfully he’s gone!
Bad idea. Not surprising though.
