Joker institutes Twitter ban during camp

Bad news for Tweet Beat: Joker Phillips has banned his players from using Twitter until August 15th. He said he hopes the ban will encourage players to use their free time to bond and focus on the upcoming season. The freshmen got the news last night, and the veterans will find out today. It looks like Morgan Newton and Aaron Boyd already got a heads up:

(Actually, knowing Oh_Boyd, this could really be about anything.)

Odds on who breaks the ban first? My money’s on Bookie.

Boyd is still on the team? I figured he and Jai Lucas were somewhere together.

    Boys, this is getting legs.

Aubrey Hill, WR coach and recruiting coordinator at Florida just quit. Gator sites are saying he was facing NCAA sanctions from the Miami mess that could have hurt Florida.

Guess who else was with him at florida?

    Clint Hurtt-DL Coach at Louisville
    and
    Jeff Stoutland-OL Coach at alabama

stay tuned. Could get interesting if the other 2 have to quit also

They shouldn’t have cell phones at camp. Or maybe for only an hour a day.
