John Wall’s contract extension is official

Last week, word leaked out that John Wall would be getting a new contract with the Washington Wizards. Now, it’s official. According to the Washington Post’s Michael Lee, Wall has signed a maximum contract extension worth approximately $80 million over the next five years.

Want to see Wall play in Rupp? The Wizards will play the Pelicans in a preseason game in Rupp on October 19th, and Wall may also participate in the UK Alumni Game on September 9th.

I’m doing my John Wall dance right now.

Young man’s a fool! Definitely should have stayed in school and completed his education! What’s the use of $80 million when compared with the ability to discuss intelligently the great English novels?

    4) I couldn’t agree more. People go to college to get the best job they can get. If that job comes along before you graduate, then why wait. Now he makes more money than everybody that has commented on this site today combined.
