John Wall Throwing Out Nat’s First Pitch Friday

sam

This is my little brother wearing a John Wall jersey while getting his sig

Friday evening, the Washington Nationals will play the Baltimore Orioles in D.C. and John Wall will be throwing out the first pitch.  Whether it be by improving his jumper (by 100% according to Flip Saunders) or just supporting the local teams, Wall is making an impact as a member of the D.C. community just as he did while in Lexington.  When Wall first came to UK, we saw him embrace the city and the fanbase with open arms.  You could find him chatting it up with kids around campus or attending women’s games in support.  The guy is an all-around great teammate and person to have as a part of your organization.

I’d also say it’s safe to assume Wall is making a big pitch for our precious Enes to the Wizards front office, too.

Why in the hell are people tying Wall to Kanter, and why would Wall want Kanter to play with him. He has never played with him, and probably has never seen him play.

Why can’t these players show up at scheduled events without freaking headphones the size of couch pillows on their heads?

No wonder the Nats beat the Cards 10 – 0. If John Wall is responsible for contributing to their meteoric collapse, he can never be forgiven.
