Joe Crawford injures knee, out 4-6 months

Sad news from the Middle East this morning: Joe Crawford tore a knee tendon during a game for Israel’s Maccabi Rishon on Sunday and is expected to be out 4-6 months.
This is a major setback for Crawford, who has had an excellent season for Maccabi Rishon so far, leading the team in scoring with 19.3 points per game, along with 3.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game. The injury couldn’t have come at a worse time, as Crawford’s stellar play had several NBA and high-level European pro teams interested.
Best of luck to Crawford in his recovery. I hear Ramel Bradley is a great nurse.

Sad news. I think he could catch on with a team in the right situation. Best wishes on a quick and complete recovery. Go, Big Blue!
He looks old and I feel ancient.
Put a fork in him.. He’s done
Joe looked old when even he was in school. Not Greg Oden old, but old.
He looks like Jerry Smith
Drew looks like Joe with that beard; whoever would have thought Drew would look like the white version of Joe Crawford.
A little inappropriate when you start with “Sad news out of the Middle East this morning.” I think everyone knows someone who is serving/has served overseas and when you read something like that it really can give someone a scare. Not sure if that was the best choice of words..
7… When you read the headline first, you have an idea what the post is about before the first sentence.
Lighten up Francis…#7…I have been in the miltary for 19 years now and I do not think that any breaking news in relation to world events will be broken on this site.
Im sure after seeing the pic of Joe Crawford everyone thought something terrible had happened to the troops in the middle east after reading the first line. Give it a rest you idiot!!!
#7, you are why I hate the majority of people, so sensitive on every little thing said. Get a clue and a brain.
Joe Crawford was one of my least favorite players of all time.
7, did you not see the picture of a basketball player above the “inappropriate” opening to the piece?
Who….?
That’s frustrating. Joe will be back though. For all of the “old person” talk, Joe is only 25. He’s got 5-6 good years left and averaging 20 a game is a feat in any league. Good luck Kanye…er, Joe.
12) I hate to say it, but I agree with you. I used to call him Joke Rawford. Seems like I was always waiting for him to live up to his hype. I felt the same way about Heshimu Evans
Him and Rondo are 2 players who were Definatly slowed by Tubby. Could have been really good had they went to a coach who fit their style better. Pope was one that I thought was going to be good but it just never happened
I love the nascar-type endorsements on their unis. GWS Joe!
