How could anybody listen to these guys and remain a b-ball only fan?

I totally agree. And no matter how many years of disappointment I have endured as a UK football fan, I am always pumped for the season to start.

I don’t understand people who don’t like both. The seasons barely overlap. It’s okay to like more than one sport.

I “like” both, it’s just tough to keep getting your heart ripped out year after year. Hopefully all that is about to change over the next couple years!

Good to see the UK African Americans getting some attention; couldn’t have been easy playing in the South in those days. Reminiscent of Ernie Davis at Syracuse.’
I played basketball against Houston Hogg….good guy and hell of a competitor.

Did you ever play b-ball against Mike Casey?

Thankfully….no; I couldn’t cover him when his leg was in a cast.

That’s too funny! He was my hero and neighbor here in Shelby Co, Mr Clutch was a great man.

He’s creepy in the morning, sangin about the Cats on that radio-o-o.
Oh how I wish, how I wish he would sto-op.

    I’m working on a song y’all.
