It’s a Rajon Rondo Kind of Day

As a guy who loves the NBA but only really roots for former UK players, Rondo is the only semblance of a rooting interest I have remaining in these playoffs. It’s disappointing when I get more excited as a UK fan for the draft lottery than the playoffs. All I hope is that some of these teams with UK players can turn it around and really compete for a title. At this point, it only seems like Marquis Teague and Doron Lamb have chances to fall to contenders in the first round. That being said, if the Hornets drafted Anthony Davis then Terrence Jones with their second lottery pick, I wouldn’t be upset. The only thing better than seeing former UK players succeed, is seeing them succeed with other former UK players and please, God, keep MKG out of Charlotte.

Charlotte will continue to be a train wreck while MJ is in charge. Good thing he’s too dumb to draft anyone good, therefore MKG is safe.

As much as I would have liked to have seen a 1,2 UK punch, I sure don’t want to see MKG waste away there.
