Verily not all Kentucky fans who wear UK visors are d-bags. I understand the preference of a visor over a ballcap when one is playing golf. But every time I see a sport visor, I think of two specific people: Steve Spurrier and Hal Mumme. It takes more effort than should be necessary for me to set aside my initial prejudices when speaking to somebody wearing a sport visor.
This rap about suburbia life isn’t particularly that funny, but it does feature a guy wearing a UK visor. I don’t know if I’m excited that UK memorabilia made it into a Ebaum’s World video; it’s no Adam Sandler movie, and, you know, sport visor. But giving Beisner one less post to worry about on Father’s Day is the only gift I can give him.
The video also features a guy wearing white socks and athletic sandals, which was my preferred method of dress when I was an undergrad way back in 1997. Apparently I was the proto-dad AND the uber-dork.
