-Let’s switch it up and start with some baseball news this week. Nick Jourdan has the weekly baseball roundup, and David Mulloy has highlights from the Ole Miss series (a much needed victory for the Cats) as well as what’s ahead.

-NBA center Jason Collins came out today, and Andrew McCarthy has the story plus a brief explanation of what this means for professional sports. And, going back a couple of weeks, Connor Link wrote a great piece about Britney Griner and sexuality in women’s sports versus men’s sports- read, or reread as the case may be, for some extra perspective on this big news.

-One of the great takeaways from the Boo Williams event this weekend was Calipari’s recruitment of Tyus Jones and Emmanuel Mudiay. Jay Hochstetler breaks down the two point guards and thinks he knows who Calipari should go after- think you’ll agree with him?

-And finally, the latest preseason rankings came out today (read: now that we know who’s going to the NBA and who’s staying), and Kentucky’s schedule is starting to look a little bit more difficult. With this in mind, Ben Ward addressed the question “Is 40-0 a legit possibility?”

I mean, why is this two point guard recruitment such an issue? Cal has done this before with J Wall and E Bledsoe and that worked out pretty well! I same bring them both, and Okafor! Come on down!

Calipari can’t pull off the 2 PG setup with these guys. Mudiay wants to be the point guard not a timeshare.
