Can you blame the kid? What do we have like 7 or 8 TE on the team now…

1, but our TEs are glorified tackles.

And the in-state recruiting begins it’s turn towards the cards.

Who can blame him. I wouldnt want to play for UK and I love my wildcats. Hate the cards but they are a more attractive team right now. Better coach and cheating recruiter means we will be dominated for next few years.

I love my CATS, but can you blame him? We have thrown to our tight end, like 2 times all year…

His dad played baseball at UK.

Still though…Cards over Cats? NO WAY! even if I share the same hometown with the kid.

Well at least he wont have to worry about Owensboro Catholic always ending his season. Didnt Glasgow move to 3A?

Does this kid know which football conference he would be playing in?

It’s obvious Joker and Sanders want “blocking” tight ends over “receiving” tight ends like Aumiller . Can’t blame the kid [unless he had other quality offers].

It’s a damn shame that kids who likely have been bred to be blue have to make a decision to go elsewhere since it is in their best interest. Of course, that’s assuming they really do not care about an education (though UK is not exactly killing it there either).

And already, the instate recruiting battle shifts…

Can you blame him? Hell, he plays Tight End, not Small Forward!!! Why do we keep talking about blue jerseys and football. It’s not happening right now. I’d just love for the games to be close, and see a few good plays from time to time. Good Luck at Louisville Bowles!

Joker wants him to switch positions but he only wants to play TE. Kid is really good and is UL bound. Both parents went to UK…what a shame. Best of luck to the young man.

Dad told me straight to my face it was because there were too many tight ends already on UK’s roster.

My wife and I both went to UK and if we had a son good enough for a Div I scholarship we would guide him away from UK. NEVER UL, that would not be a consideration. However, I see no upside for going to UK at this point in time. The only other UK coach I would not want a son to play for was Bill Curry.
