The ‘Heavy Hitter’ Darryl Isaacs is a known UK fan, and here he is sporting some gear to prove it. It’s always good to see high profile fans out and about, including the state’s most successful injury lawyer.

It took him 4 or 5 times to pass the bar. He is the face of the operation (the marketing). But he is not the brains. The family does not let him handle any cases. His ACT score was also terrible.
Why does the Heavy Hitter not advertise on KSR website or KSR radio?
He was a year ahead of me at Trinity. The dude’s yearbook picture looks like he should be wearing a toga and talking about the Germans bombing Pearl Harbor. Don’t know him personally, so I can’t comment on character, but his commercials are pretty ridiculous. I would love to have half his advertising budget to spend.

People like Daryl don’t take cases to trial. If they can’t settle then they sell the case off to a real trial lawyer. Daryl probably hasn’t ever set foot in a court room, and he probably didn’t pass the bar on the first try. Most injury and Social Security only lawyers are hacks who couldn’t cut it as a real lawyer – i.e., corporate cases, criminal cases, etc. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t make a SH*TLOAD of money off of the gullible or companies who simply want to “settle and be done with it.” So, yeah… From all accounts, Daryl’s a very nice guy who’s made a hell of a lot of money for representing easy cases and marketing the hell out of himself. Dude found his thing and did well at it.
