Harrow putting in work over Christmas break

Photos by @JayJayUSATODAY

After his most impressive game as a Cat, Ryan Harrow is showing no signs of slowing down, even on Christmas break. Yesterday, USA Today’s Jason Jordan watched Harrow and Maryland’s Dez Wells get in a private workout with NC State coach Kendrick Williams. Jordan said that Harrow and Wells put in a draining workout and that Harrow was looking like the Harrow of old:

Whereas most of us are spending Christmas break on the couch eating cookies, it’s good to see Harrow carrying over the work ethic of Camp Cal. Keep grinding, Ryan!

Are those workouts going to put inches and a backbone on him?

Is ryan practicing at Our Lady of Lords, a private elementary, facility? I thought that he lived in Atlanta and not Raleigh.

1 — You’ve seen a kid barely play for two months and you call him spineless based on the fact he went home with his mom during a time he was dealing with something. You are a judgmental prick.

Let’s put to rest Harrow being 6’2. Kindred, guy on left is 6’3. Top of Harrow’s head comes up to his mouth. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

If Ryan does what Coach Cal ask of him, I bet his voice will even be deeper by the end of the season.

I think Harrow will be just fine. Looks like his skin was a little to think to take Cal. Seems they have adjusted to each other and you are starting to see him get better every game just like Teague did this same time last year. Some kids need a kick in the ass some need you to give them a hug and a kiss if your a girl!

Our starting backcourt needs to be Harrow and Goodwin. Mays needs to come off the bench with Polson.

Let’s hope that Alex & Archie put in work as well! They need their best games of the year vs UL. If Ryan keeps going at his pace of improvement, Noel plays his game and Alex & Archie bring it…we may have an interesting game in Louisville! No pressure on us. All on Pitino…

harrow will be fine from here on. poythress is the player that needs to toughen up and start crashing the boards like cal thought he would. didn’t cal say he wanted him to be the best rebounder in the country? he just ain’t cuttin’ it right now

    16) I agree. I think Noel has played up to his billing as well. If our PG play had been better his numbers would look a lot better.

A lot of BBN owes Harrow an apology. The kid was blasted by many for simply not being Wall or Knight but the fact remains he’s an above average college point guard

Good chance Ryan has an anxiety disorder which is very treatable. There have been many athletes and stars who admit to this problem before big performances. As a mental health professional, I have seen this many times. This is a legitimate health issue and he should not be criticized for having it, if he does.

These Louisville tools on here can’t even put a coherent 3rd grade level sentence together, yet they criticize Ryan’s basketball ability. Back to Loserville, Turd fans, and join the other 10 or 15 of your fans to celebrate your upcoming bowl butt-kicking from the Gators.

Harrow will be more than fine. He just had some early season jitters trying to fill the shoes of point guards past. He was a 5 star recruit out of an Atlanta area powerhouse High School, started for NC State as a true freshman and practiced against/with the 2012 NCAA National Champions. Check yourselves Loservillians. Something tells me the CATS will roll Saturday and it’s on for the rest of the season. When it comes to college hoops we are the Gold Standard. GO BIG BLUE!

I don’t know who Kendrick Williams is – but he’s not NC State’s coach. That would be Mark Gottfried.
