Harrison Twins Highlights

They are serious ballers.

Miss the Harrison twins in action last night? Ain’t no thing–here are the highlights (Andrew is #5, Aaron is #2). Their play didn’t just wow the coaches and fans in the stands; fellow UK target Troy Williams told The Sporting News he’s been impressed by the two for some time:

“They played great. They always come out playing strong and physical, and they’re never too high and never too low, either. They know each other on the court so well. I mean, they’re brothers so they always know where the other is and they can make that extra pass from anywhere on the court. They are always able to turn that corner and get in the middle, and from there they both can stick their head up and can see anything.”

Drool.

Despite this being the worst produced highlight reel in history, these kids are as good as advertised. Great ball mechanics and hops. Unbelievable range for Aaron. Go get em Cal!

#8 NO! and the best sequence is aaron with the crossover step layup, followed by the steal in transition, pull up 30 foot three pointer. These kids are sick! That backcourt will be in the Final Four no doubt!

What about the Derrick Griffin kid they keep dishing the ball to? He’s currently committed to Texas A&M for football, but would be a great fit for a dual-sport spot here. He doesn’t look bad on the court himself.

Wow. If those guys are the first two commits for 2013, you’ve got to figure other players are going to be begging to come along with them. Aaron stretching the floor and Andrew finding the open man for dunks. The 3, 4, and 5 guys will go nuts attacking the rim.

I realize that their grandparents live in Baltimore and their father is originally from the area. And certainly those are factors to consider when you’re determining where you’re going to play college ball for a year. I also think that when you have talent of this level, there are a number of different schools that you can attend and still ultimately get to the NBA and be a success. But why *would* you when you’ve got the preeminent program in the country right now beating your door down? Barring Harrow or Goodwin not moving to the NBA, what other possible downside could you see to UK if your name was Andrew or Aaron Harrison?

And they play defense. Don’t take my word, though, just read their jerseys.

Parker has a complex to be his own player and a do it all for his team and simply couldnt sacrifice his way of doing things to follow Cal’s strict coaching, might seriously end up a Dookie but lets hope he chooses MSU. He gives me to much of an impression like Shabazz, and you can tell he likes UK/Cal but cant ony do what Cal wants in order to share control of the game with other stars. Wiggins knows NBA careers make you a buck and can decline and end abruptly especially with injury, Im saying he wants to get in the league as soon as possible, that includes reclassifying and Kentucky as well as Calpari’s ability to evolve players and the potential for that 2013-14 team. Harrison twins are almost not quite as sold on Kentucky as James Young but those three will get along wonderfully, with his atheticism he alone could have replaced every player in the highlight video above on the receiving end of a harrison assist/autolob..and then Wiggins would show them how to make it perfect. It seems apparent Julius Randle wants to play with good players, but he wants experince and composure on his team, so convincing him to commit would be greatly contributed to by the commitment of a star on the level of Wiggins who has super-ability and is capable of at gamespeed transitioning into carrying the team the relinquishing responsiblity upon opportunity. Harrisons and Young commit in a month, Wiggins moves up to ’13 and chooses UK and shortly after Randle joins the team. Dont feel bad losing Parker, either him or walker wouldve pushed Randle away.

I am Evan Daniels and I concede to UK. I also pronounce the freshman will mesh beatifully with Jon Kyle Willie Jarod Brian and Sam

Thank god for the circle shadowing the Harrisons. The very legible numbers on the jersey and the fact that they had the ball were not big enough clues.

    17. If you do then put your opinion out there, not your opinion of someone else’s opinion. Unless your that worried about what others are thinking, show you can think for yourself not just [uselessly] certifying others as right or wrong. Have you lost that ability or is it just your nature to first respond with judgement, weak mindedness has its costs..but Im sure you know THAT…or was it nothing?
