Happy Birthday dear Bookie, happy birthday to you

bookie

Today is a big day around the KSR compound as we celebrate the birthday of one of our newest favorites, UK freshman quarterback Theltus ‘Bookie’ Cobbins. Bookie is a little bit of everything we love at KSR, but mostly he makes us laugh with his Twitter feed or stare blankly at him when we can’t understand what he says. He has certainly made a name for himself since arriving in Lexington, and something tells me the Legend of Bookie will only grow as he continues his time here. So, whether he’s in or out of da’ cut, we wish him the very best on his birthday. Cake and juice on us anytime, Bookie.

Just for fun, here’s Bookie in the Rockin’ with the Rookies series:

You can just tell Rock Oliver is one of those guys you would run through a brick wall for. A guy who gets the most out of you. In a few years I think we will see how big of an addition he really was to this program. Strength, speed and heart, that’s how you win in the SEC.
