I love it!!!
Gonna be interesting to see how these recent hires will affect recruiting. What I like most is that we are gaining geographical areas to tap into. We have the most relentless recruiter Tennessee had and he works the North East very well. Stoops has Florida/Ohio connections. Eliot has Florida Connections and now you add Neal Brown which adds Texas/Oklahoma. Much Much easier to convince Texas/Ohio/Northeast kids to play in the SEC than it is to get elite athletes from Florida to leave and come to Kentucky. But I think Eliot/Stoops will get enough.

Matt, you know I’m generally a positive person. But it has come to my attention that John Calipari has “UKCoach” in his twitter handle. I find this demeaning and very self-centered. He is not the only coach of the basketball team as there are several assistant coaches. I also find it ironic that there are several other “UK Coaches” in each of the other sports at the school, but Calipari has taken it upon himself to be the “UKCoach”? Please address this.

Anybody else the least bit concerned that Nerlens is having some issues with tendonitis in his knee? I have dealt with this myself in the past, and it can be pretty debilitating if it gets bad enough. Unfortunately the only remedy when it gets bad enough is rest.
