Guess who’s back?

By definition, the word “indefinite” means “lasting for an unknown length of time”.  For our purposes, it generally means “back in time for Kentucky” and that’s the case with Mississippi State’s Ravern Johnson, whose indefinite suspension lasted a very Stansbury-ish two games.  Despite contributing only three points in a loss in an embarrassing loss to Auburn Saturday night, Johnson’s return gives the Bulldogs reason to believe they can hit another high on their roller coaster season Tuesday night in Rupp.

Johnson, second on the team with 17 points per game, has presented matchup problems for the Cats in his last two games against them and has averaged 19 points in those contests thanks to 58% from the field and 57% from downtown.  More importantly, his return to a lineup already featuring Dee Bost and Renardo Sidney gives Mississippi State – when they’re playing as Dr. Jekyll and not Mr. Hyde –  the best trio in the conference and a group that appears to be ready to present the Cats with the same potential issues that they’ve struggled with all season.  Generally speaking, a 13-11 team isn’t one to fear, especially when you’re playing at home.  The truth is, this might be their most difficult home matchup of the season.

Please God, for the love of all that’s decent, don’t let Rick the dick Stansbury beat us, especially in Rupp.

People need to remember where the SEC tourney is ths year. It’s in Catlanta, although anywhere the tourney is held it is always 85% cats fans. It will basically be a home game, and if we win the SEC tourney, without any unexpected losses in the regular season, I think we have an easy 4 seed. We will be ok, this will not happen in March.

Stansbury cries more than a new born in a dirty diaper. He cried when he thought Kanter was going to become eligible saying UK will MAKE sure Enes become eligible while my man Sidney had to sit a year…..I hope the Cats makes him REALLY cry tomorror

I was watching Stansbury during the SEC Final game from last year during the end and overtime (I DVR’d the game when they had it on 7/2010 ESPNU). Would love to see him have another meltdown tomorrow night!

I don’t care about our record anymore. Just make it to the NCAA tournament and catch fire. Please.

In the meantime, good thing we ended Spurrier’s streak this season, cause that may not have happened in the next 3 years.

They’ll play their best game of the season against… how can anyone doubt that?

Did we honestly believe that Stansbury was not going to let Johnson play against UK at Rupp? Not a chance in hell that was going to happen.

“indefinite” meaning that Stansbury wasn’t sure of the date for the UK game as of the suspension announcement.

Cats need to hit em hard from the tip off and never look back. No need to let teams hang around especially in Rupp Arena. We need to make Rupp as loud as we can and fans should STAND and cheer the entire game. We have got to give our YOUNG GUNS we are behind them 100% and it is now time to catch a fire.

18)unfortunatly Stansbury only suspends when they play little sisters of the poor. He has so many faces he should have Lady Ga ga’s make up artist.

Man, I used to have some respect for Stansbury. At this point, I wouldn’t put it past him to kill a blood relative for a win.

MSU is in a complete tailspin since that game in the SEC tourny last year. That was one of the sweetest games I’ve ever seen in person.
To top it off, I got an old lady MSU fan to flip me bird after the game because I popped the “kentucky” on my shirt at her while her and pops were stuck in traffic. Classic.

Anyone who did not see this coming has not watched Mississippi State over the past decade. Stansbury is a complete tool and that program is an absolute joke. I hope we roll them by 30. Cal should show the team the video from last year of their fans throwing full water bottles onto the court at the team after we beat them at the Hump. Stay classy Starksville.

28- This would also be the game where MSU fans got a hold of Cousin’s # and abused it before the game…if I am remembering correctly? Which brought out the “call me” gesture from our big guy later in the game?

We havent played that fat slob Sydney yet and I already cant stand him. I dont know why hes smiling all the time, his draft status plummets every time he steps on the court. He plays lazy in the post, doesnt run the court.
I just wish he had a Magloire or Gimel to suit up in tuesdays game. Either one of those guys would take a swing at that Glen Davis wannabe. Have another Chocodile Renardo!!!
