Like the desperate kid in class that won’t give up on an argument way after everyone else has moved on, Karen Sypher is back and this time she is appealing the 87 month sentence laid down late last week. The appeal was reportedly filed earlier today and the process could take up to a year to resolve, according to Syphers attorney. It is undecided at this point if she will be allowed to remain free until the appeal is ruled upon or if she will have to go ahead and report to jail, so Porcini’s customers are advised to proceed with caution.
The first batch of ‘Free Sypher’ shirts is on its way to the press.

Roland, I honestly do feel sorry for the kids in this situation. People don’t realize how their actions affect their kids. They will never live this down. Same goes for Pitino’s family. Ugly business for all involved.
I hope she gets to stay out while on appeal. That way, she can subject herself and her family to another year of horrific stress. Then, when her appeal is denied she will still be looking at 87 months in the lesbo lockdown.
