Grant Traylor says only the family knows

Huntington’s Grant Traylor made an appearance on Kentucky Sports Radio radio with Matt Jones this morning to discuss the hottest topic in America this week, Andrew Wiggins. The man who will be the first to tweet Wiggins’ decision told Matt he doesn’t believe anyone outside of Wiggins’ family knows the decision, including the coaches involved.

It sounds like Mitchell and Marita Wiggins are the only folks who truly know the final destination as we approach the final 24 hours of their son’s recruitment. It’s amazing how they’ve been able to keep this whole thing a secret for so long. I guess we’ll all know when Grant Traylor tells us tomorrow at 12:15.

Wish AW the best of luck anywhere he goes. I’ll be shocked if it isn’t UK.

Andrew Wiggins is not the hottest topic in America.

Somebody ask Coach Cal if he committed or not.

I believe what he is saying that nobody knows the decision.

I think someone could make an argument to predict that it is any of the four schools still on his list. I hope the choice is Kentucky but won’t be shocked if he picks somewhere else.

Wonder if Wiggins will declare he is going back to the 2014 class, that would be awesome. We could start this mess all over again next year. 🙂

You know ill be happy for him at FSU for one year and hope he succeeds well
Poythress is clearly the beneficiary and Young is now first man off the bench for the 1 2 or 3.
Freshman bigs definitely need to step up and mature quick but we are solid with Wiltjer bringing depth all year, Jon Hood and Polson now not to be forgotten
    Kentucky Championship ’14

I’m 99% resigned to the fact that he’s not coming to Kentucky 🙁

MemphisCat – As painful as it would be, that would also be the perfect and hilarious end to this recruting saga.

I distinctly remember the day that Julius Randle signed, every national media pundit was saying Kansas.

No press conference?? We get this epic news we’ve been waiting forever as a tweet from some random dude we’ve never heard of?? Talk about anti-climactic!

Charlotte Observer just confirmed that AW is attending Nashville Auto Diesel College in the fall.

The commitment just torqued up NADC’s chance of winning the MidSouth Christmas Church League tournament. The NADC Greasemonkies will turbocharge the event if AW is firing on all 8 cylinders.

    I suck.

Can’t see him disappointing Mom and Dad in a setting like that. From all we read, he doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, and we all know where Mom and Dad want him to go.

He said he wanted to win a National Championship. Does he really expect to have a chance doing that at Fl St? NO. He can’t do it by himself, and Leonard Hamilton is no where near the coach that Cal is. It depends on how much pressure the parents put on him to pick Fl St. He wants to please his parents. Even if it is for only one year.

TiredofWiggins… If you happen to be a TRUE UK fan then I’am embarrassed of you! This is a different era of recruiting, one where we as fans can’t be getting on social media and or message boards and bashing recruits when the recruitment isn’t done. Do you realize what Coach Cal could really do if he didn’t have social media to deal with? Of course there also happens to be another down side of social media: the fact that you can act like you are a CAT fan but really be a UNC or Louisville fan! I don’t see ho wCoach Cal does it sometimes?
