Get to know Archie Goodwin a little better
Cats Illustrated has been spending time profiling some of Kentucky’s basketball and football recruits, and one of their recent features was on Archie Goodwin. We’ve already been introduced to “Burr!”, and know what our instructions are for yelling it after he scores. But, there is more to the man from Arkansas than just exclamations of hypothermia, and you can learn some of it here. Heard some GMs drafting late in round 1 are interested in Darius and Doron. They think Doron is better than Steph Curry and they love Darius’s height and shooting. One said Darius could easily be an impact player especially as a 2/3 slasher. Oh and they said the other 4 guys are 1st round locks…duh. Spread the word
The Towels video is awesome too. He might just save this program.
They both seem like great kids, glad to see em in blue and white. I’m interested to see if Towles can come in and start.
I know Archie is good, but last night @UKBIGBLUENATION said on Twitter that Archie plays similar to Kevin Durant. SMH.

Forgot about Bunning’s perfect game. WOW! Not many have accomplished that feat. Does anyone know exactly how many perfect games have been thrown in the MLB?

I like Goodwin’s game a lot. His game and style will pick up the slack nicely for the NBA’ers who just left. And hell, his high school colors are blue and white and is based out of Pulaski County (Arkansas).
And I trust I will burn in Hell. The sooner the better…
