Many outside of the Big Blue Nation think UK fans are paranoid…and in some ways they are. But there are occasionally reasons for that paranoia, such as what happened (again) today on ESPN.com. Earlier in the day, a story on the NCAA President discussing issues involving agents and teams under scrutiny for agents looked like this:
By the end of the day, the article changed to its current form, in which Kentucky is not even mentioned. Between the original story and the current one, it was edited and UCONN and Tennessee were left in, but Kentucky was taken out. No mention of either change (as is supposed to be common practice for media outlets when online stories are changed) was made.
Bottom line…even though Kentucky is not being investigated for Agent issues, ESPN still thought it was good to throw the Cats into the story…just for the sake of doing it. How sweet
