Enes works out for the Jazz

According to Kent Spencer of ABC 36, the Utah Jazz general manager Kevin O’Conner made a stop in Lexington Wednesday to watch Kentucky basketball student assistant Enes Kanter. Kanter workout showcases again what an odd situation the NCAA has placed the Cats in with their ruling of his ineligibility, but it’s likely a scenario that becomes far more frequent in the coming months. And if the Jazz were to draft Kanter over Jimmer Fredette, who already is subject of a campaign to bring him to Salt Lake City, there would be blood spilled in Utah. But the NCAA has forced his hand. No turning back now.

Jimmer and his magical underpants
1st. Holla!
Cal put Enes in this position. And he put Kentucky in this position by recruiting a shady recruit instead of finding a big man that he KNEW would be eligible, instead of WWW trying to work his magic.
Jerry Tipton article about how this could possibly be a NCAA rules violation in 3…2…1…
Awesome. I think it’s great news NBA affiliates coming to campus is never bad…. I’m hoping enes goes to the wizards and simultaneously praying that he doesn’t go to Cleveland. I just don’t wish that on him. The more uk boys get to the league the more exciting it becomes to me
It looks like the same situation the Pacers had when they selected Reggie Miller over Damon Bailey.
Enes is not going to fall all the way down to #13 in the draft which is about where the Jazz will be drafting. He will likely go top 5 but def top 10…
If Jimmer is available when the Jazz draft, that is who the Jazz will get. Hometown boy + being white = Jazz Organization Dream!
@Bart44 It was the same situation but the guy the Pacer fans wanted was Steve Alford in 1987.
No way Enes falls out of the top 7 in this Draft.
No way the Jazz pass on their own homegrown white boy. Plus, they need a scoring guard after trading Deron Williams.
Good Luck Enes! Maybe we’ll finally get to see him play.
Enes will be a top 5 pick, and will become the highest drafted student assistant in the history of NCAA basketball!
Thanks to the Rush Limbaugh wannabees this stuff is occasionally taken at face value.
