As we stated earlier there’s not a traditional Blue-White Game due to the construction at Commonwealth, but there is an open practice and scrimmage today. KSR’s Nick Roush has been there with the coverage, who says Patrick Towels has looked good from the get go, despite his attire.
Towles is rocking the helmet can today. This should be interesting

While it’s not a helmet can, it’s a helmet cam, but we can all imagine that picture.
2 first downs in 4 plays. Towles looking good throwing 8-12

While the offense looked good, something we all hope to see under new offensive coordinator Shannon Dawson, there has some mistakes as well. Once the offense got moving, there were drops by the receivers, not allowing the score to happen before Austin MacGinnis missed from 45 yards out.
The second team took over then and Drew Barker was as good as advertised.
Then Barkers play action from 40ish yards away is caught by Thaddeus Snodgrass in the end zone for 6. Great catch and throw

While there are some big names missing from practice, most notably JoJo Kemp and Mikel Horton, there are plenty of fans there to watch on a gorgeous day.
