Would you rather run a 3rd and 12 draw/screen for no gain and then punt, or would you rather throw a 15-20 pass that gets picked and crushes our freshman QB’s confidence?

I don’t have a good answer to that question. I can argue for both.

These callers are killing me. Joker has been a clear, consistent regression. 6-7 to 5-7 to 2-10 or 3-9. Mitch said he needed to see progress. How is a blowout loss to UL and a loss to WKU progress? Those were before injuries. 2 or 3 wins and a loss to a Sun Belt team is regression in any language, not progress.

As a side note, Ryan’s arguments are as inconsistent as they are foolish. He’s said numerous times to “just keep Joker”. As soon as someone confronts him with 2 wins and attendance, he says that’s why you can’t keep Joker. There is no reason to keep Joker. Period. It’s past time to move on.

So, the NCAA can sanction Texas Southern for, in part, a lack of institutional control and academic fraud, but not UNC?

“The committee concluded that Texas Southern ‘lacked institutional control’ due to its failure to design safeguards to prevent violations, monitor academic standards and keep track of scholarships. The school ‘insufficiently investigated academic issues that involved 24 student-athletes and allowed 12 of the 24 student-athletes to receive unearned academic credit.'”

Just because we don’t like ryan doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy other parts of the show. I just can’t believe that a show this successful continuously puts on an idiot like ryan. Brings absolutely nothing to the show. I enjoy the callers and the interactions between them and Matt.

I’m glad you have no say in anything, because people like you would ruin a show like we get to listen to everyday. Their rating speak for them. They have the perfect team to be successful and extremely entertaining. Please try to enjoy something for once, or just turn the station and shut up.

Alice in Chains – great band from an era of music that has not been equaled since. Music coming out today (at least in the rock genre) cannot hold a candle to the bands of the 90’s.

Going back to “Kentucky songs” – didn’t Deep Purple have a song called “Kentucky Woman”? Also, I couldn’t believe the Red Hot Chili Peppers didn’t play “Scar Tissue” when they were at the YUM Center – “…young Kentucky girl in a push-up bra”…

Ryan, as a child psychiatrist, I can understand why you did what you did, but think it misses the bigger issue. At this point in his life, he thinks your love comes because he does well in sports. Therefore, if he doesn’t do well, on his mental level, he is terrified you won’t love him. The better thing is to work on emphasizing that you will love him no matter what. Then he wont feel as bad when he doesn’t hit it to the grass.
