Davis ready for the NBA draft lottery
Anthony Davis is in New York City to represent the New Orleans Pelicans with his head coach in the draft lottery. The Pelicans have an 8.8 percent chance of receiving the pick for a second consecutive season.
Chad Forde believes the Pelicans will take Otto Porter if awarded the top overall pick. Trey Burke and Ben McLemore are No. 2 and 3 on the Pelicans’ board.

I will have to root against Davis and the Pelicans/Hornets if they were to take Otto Porter with the number 1 pick. Not saying they should take Nerlens because they really dont need him, McLemore would be my pick if im New Orleans.

Ben McLemore is the best player in the draft and it isn’t even close.IMO. He may be the only future All Star that comes out of this bunch. Shabazz was probably the most over rated high school player in the last 10 years.Well Josh Shelby would be in that conversation too.

Just a little insight, the Pelicans Board does not have Burke or orter in their top 3. The Top 3 is McLemore, Oladipo, and Noel.
