Cliff Alexander narrows his list, the Cats make the cut

cliffalexander

Yesterday, I wrote a lengthy profile of Cliff Alexander, the second best recruit in the 2014 class. Today, Cliff narrowed his long list of schools to ten, and the Cats made the cut. Here’s his list, which he says is in no particular order:

Kansas
Michigan state
Kentucky
Louisville
Illinois
DePaul
Indiana
Memphis
Baylor
Arizona

Come on down and shatter some backboards, Cliff.

He is class of 2015 correct? Not 2014 as OP said?

It’s clearly in reverse alphabetical order based on how he actually has them ranked and then sometimes based on the third letter. Basically UK is number one based on this list, that much is clear.

    2. It’s in Chicago and Oliver Purnell is now their coach. He is a good recruiter. Not so long ago, AD has them on his final list.

1 – Hes from Chicago, so probably would feel guilty eliminating them this early.

Making Darryl Dawkins happy his tradition lives on. “Chocolate Thunder” was recruited by UK, but jumped to the NBA out of high school. Another one that got away. Not easy to break backboards these days.
