Cats land another commitment

According to Jeff Drummond, Kentucky has received a commitment from junior college offensive lineman Darone Bailey.  Bailey is rated by Rivals as a two-star prospect and held offers from Mississippi State and Southern Miss.  The 6’5″, 315 pound lineman now gives Kentucky an 11-man class for 2012, made up of nine individual players.  AND TWINS!

Interesting to go the Juco route. Injuries and losses in recruiting, along with having four seniors in the rotation and a junior that may jump early to the NFL, has the staff working hard to fill the needs for next year’s O-line. I would not recruit a Juco for the line, unless I was confident he was a near guarantee to be part of the two deep.

Joker is the Cal of two star recruits. Glad we could steal another one from Eastern Michigan.

Hey Jimmy “swag” look again pal, offers from Ol Miss and S. Miss and so you know that “star” crap doesn’t mean a thing. Good land for the CATS and a big kid!!! If you “so-called” fans don’t have anything positive to say…….why bother??? If you are a KY fan it should NOT matter what KY sport it is…..BACK THE BLUE!!!!!! GO CATS!!!

I wish everyone would back off joker on this “2” star stuff, especially on the o line…in case you have forgotten we have one of, if not the best, o line in the sec this year. If you want to bash him about 2 star line backers, with slow 40 times, so be it, but why don’t you give him and the staff the benefit of the doubt at a position where we have historically done well

‘star crap’ doesn’t mean a thing? really? count the star crap across the lines of both sides of the ball on the top tier teams of the sec. more ‘stars’ = more championships. the blind squirrel may find an acorn every season or two, but ‘stars’ rule.gbb

#4.) you act like joker took over at florida and is underachieving in recruiting. Fact- Our best recruiting classes have come under joker as recruiting coordinator under papa brooks. go crawl in a hole until novemeber while the rest of us real fans scream our hearts out in september.
