Cats favored by 9.5 points

In their rematch with the fighting Brian Smiths of Mississippi, the Cats are on the board as 9.5 point favorites.  For the Rebels, whose only real chance of toppling the Cats comes when they have the potential of sneaking up on them (which won’t happen today), the spread represents a three-point increase over the 6.5 point margin Vegas locked them in at February 1.  If they keep it that close, it would be shocking.  So says Nostrabeezner.
