Burton and Woodyard on the Pro Bowl ballot

The 2010 NFL Pro Bowl ballot is up and two former Cats have the opportunity to be chosen to play in this season’s Miami gathering.  Keenan Burton is up for a wide receiver spot in the NFC and Wesley Woodyard is up for an AFC special teams selection.  It’s unlikely that either of the two will actually make the roster, but we all know to never doubt the power of Big Blue Nation’s free time at a computer.

I ask you, Big Blue Nation, to join me in a movement to shock the NFL.  Take 4-5 hours out of each day, from now until the voting ends on December 21, and go over to the Pro Bowl’s website to vote for Burton and Woodyard.  To ensure maximizing your votes, I recommend skipping other positions and only voting at WR and ST.  Also, the ballot asks for three wide receiver votes, but be sure to ONLY VOTE FOR KEENAN.

We can do this.  By my calculations, it takes 20 seconds to submit one ballot.  If we each devote my recommended 5 hours a day to the process, that is 900 votes per day and 31,500 total votes from each of us.  Let’s show the world what we’re capable of.

Go NFL Cats.
