Bryan the Intern’s Picks to Click (SUNDAY EDITION)

-Well, well, well.  It looks like Coach Cal was actually IMPRESSED with his team for once this season.  Guess we are a 5-5 team now.

-John Clay says that the youthful Cats played like veterans yesterday.  And he makes it a point to NOT mention John Wall in his column.

-In Barry Lipton’s notes from yesterday’s game, he talks about Patrick Patterson and his fondness of the outside jump shot.  Once Patterson developed this in the off-season, the worries about how he would fit in the offense went away.

-Kentucky players are calling yesterday’s win over Indiana a “statement game“.

-John Calipari was especially happy that his young team handled the hostile environment of Assembly Hall will ease.
