Bryan the Intern’s Picks to Click

REMEMBER: YOU NEED TO START FILLING OUT YOUR PICKS FOR THE KSR COLLEGE AND PRO PICKEM GAMES, AS WELL AS THE NFL SURVIVAL LEAGUES WE CREATED.  IN THE CASE OF THE SURVIVAL GAME, IF YOU MISS A WEEK, YOU ARE ELIMINATED.  IT IS ALSO UNLIKELY YOU WOULD WIN EITHER OF THE OTHER TWO GAMES IF YOU MISS A WEEK.

-Hey, so far this season, UK sports teams are a combined 5-0 to start the season, after the 21st ranked volleyball team swept three matches this weekend to win their own tournament, and the women’s soccer team beat Louisville and moved to 2-0.  I don’t think it out of the realm to suggest we might be embarking on an UNDEFEATED sports season for UK, with a possible 16 national titles.  I mean, this is Kentucky athletics, we are notorious for obsurd expectations.

-I can’t believe I missed this late last week, but Donovan McNabb has ALREADY expressed concern over Mike Vick making an interuption to the Eagles offense.  But don’t worry KSR readers, I have not yet reached the point of saying “I Told You So”.

-Seriously, I brought this up a couple weeks ago about what exactly makes NFL wide recievers become some whiny biotches, when Michael Crabtree refused to sign with the 49ers.  Now, you have to see what Brandon Marshall did at Broncos practice last week.  To add on to it, this guy is a habitual woman-beater, and he hates little children and dogs.  Finally though, the Broncos have stepped up and suspended him.

-Should Pete Rose be in the Hall of Fame?  Probably not, but at a recent Reds broadcast, the TV version put up a poll asking that very question.  But, after looking at the results, I think it is very biased.

Note to Kate Martin: At least win the contest before taking shots at me.  You have been warned.
