Both Trey Lyles and James Blackmon likely to visit for Big Blue Madness

blackmon-lyles
Hopefully they’ll look a little bit happier during Big Blue Madness.

How does that old saying go? “Those who decommit from IU together visit UK together”? Something like that? Last week, James Blackmon, Jr. decommitted from Indiana and Kentucky became an immediate frontrunner for his services, along with Louisville. Blackmon told The Courier-Journal’s Steve Jones that he’ll probably only take two official visits, one to Indiana and one to Kentucky, with the latter most likely happening for Big Blue Madness on October 18th.

Who else might visit for the biggest party of the preseason? Fellow IU decommit Trey Lyles, whose father said a visit to UK for BBM “will probably happen, but it hasn’t been finalized yet.”

Already on the Big Blue Madness guest list: Emmanuel Mudiay, Devin Booker, and Stanley Johnson. Kelly Oubre has also talked about visiting that weekend.

Only two months to make those fat heads and perfect those chants…

The fact that both decommitted from IU would make these guys even more popular. I think Kentucky has a good chance to get everybody on the BBM list right now

This Louisville fan is spreading plenty of rumors on Twitter regarding the Harrison twins’ eligibility, as well as James Young’s. He has been doing it for a while now. Please destroy this punk. —————>>>> @MasterDrewfus

This is great news. Mudiay, Johnson, and Lyles. All together just helps out chances at landing them

If UK shows clips of past players, make sure they have a few of Dad, James Blackmon.

#11 ya your right Lyles if he had other shcools in mind he wouldn’t waste time in Lexington again at the same event!!!! I tell you what I am so impressed with Karl Towns that kid is 7’1 and can shoot the lights out, he was in a shoot out with Wiggins and Towns made 6 or 7 straight from just short of half court. Yes he took Wiggins but he’s not just a good shooter for a big but for anyone. He also can handle the ball like no big in the class, if WCS / Johnson just one stay we are in great shape on bigs next year. Go Cats. BBN IN THE HOUSE
