In case you haven’t heard (and you probably haven’t), there is a super top secret UK basketball practice occurring today that’s open to the media. And, by open, I mean they can be there but can’t Tweet, text or write updates from it. It’s just like a Joe B. Hall practice, I’m sure. Apparently, though, some news is making its rounds as Cal said he is mulling starting Darius Miller at point guard tomorrow night against Campbellsville. With John Wall sitting out the exhibition as a result of the NCAA investigation into his eligibility, Calipari has a spot in the starting lineup to fill in and hasn’t made a decision between Bledsoe and Miller as the primary ball-handler. Bledsoe is obviously the most natural choice to play the point, but Cal has said Miller, who became the most sure-handed point guard on the roster by mid-season last year, will serve as the third point guard this season behind the freshman pair.
