The room bill must have been getting very very very expensive. Now he’s driving around town avoiding phone calls and realizing that gas has gotten very very very expensive as well

I’m sure he has been huddled up with his lawyers making sure he gets another 3 mil after he is fired. Look for him to be gone by Sunday

Sad that the man can not learn from his mistakes. The man definitely has a problem probably both alcohol and mental illness.

I read somewhere he was scheduled to meet with the AD the day he checked himself into the hospital…any chance he is so delusional that he checked himself into the hospital to avoid the meeting much like he drove around Lexington with his phone turned off to avoid meeting with Mitch the day UK fired him???

14, I agree the timing is suspicious. However I don’t think the folks at the hospital would let that fly for long, if it was all a show.

An alcoholic can’t handle his/her problems, other than the easiest escape vehicle: not the BatClawingGolly Bat Mobile – the Bottle.

A ‘reformed’ Alcoholic, still in denial, or anyone who hasn’t reformed their habitual destruction, has not acknowledeged their their ‘illness’ or need to.

BCG, in LEX, was in over his head; driving around, knowing he was about to get fired was perhaps him pondering suicide. Drinking oneself to death is another form of suicide. The delay of the inevitable, by escape mechanisms, can even be cowardice. But there’s no call to take victims with you, which clearly Mr. Gillis Pie has done.

Which begs the question: If you’ve been in over your head once, or even twice, why continue?

You are not only hurting yourself but also the ones you profess to to love….

    Until hospitalization.

    Until the next HC jobs.

    Until…you’re committed.

    Then, what?

One person to blame for BCG’s tenure at UK…Barnfart. Todd (Clueless Lee) should have fired him along with BCG…no cajones!

My money is on him not having signed a contract at Tech either. The man never learns from his mistakes.

    Fire his ass
#18 that sounds real good. If we would have fired the AD no way Cal would have came. No #9 , no being back on top. So yea your logic makes a lot of since.
