Bill Lamb Shouldn’t Miss Today’s KSR Show Thread

rrwe

Unless you live in Louisville, you probably don’t know the man pictured above, Bill Lamb the General Manager/President/Official “Look at me, I run a tv station so I will force viewers to hear my opinion on the issues of the day” of Fox 41. But today on the radio, I am going to tell you about how Mr. Lamb has officially become the hater of all haters of KSR and UK in general. I have gone on a few epic rants in my day, but today is going to be one of the top ten, that I am sure. In addition, we will talk about:

— the love John Wall feels towards the Big Blue

— UK recruiting confidence growing

— where the football team stands 11 days from season kickoff

— the 1 year anniversary of the most absurd event in recent Kentucky history, the Karen Sypher trial.

The comments game also continues, but with a chance to win tickets to the UK – WKU football opener! Get excited. Each day, the two best comments will be selected by Matt and Drew the Intern and placed into a drawing for the tickets. Bring your A game, and just click below and watch it go:

Cawood sure converted Dickie V. to a UK booster. Back during Sutton I think, DV had some bad words to say about UK. BBN was up in arms over it and when DV had to come to Rupp that season to do a game, there were boos and catcalls from our fans. He walked over to Cawood hoping that would help his acceptance and Cawood said (as I recall) Dick, could you move down the table a little farther away from me, some of those fans in the upper deck may not be good shots.

When Rick was hired, it was a BIG DEAL! We were just coming off Sutton. The announcement was given all the media attention that was available at the time. Live TV, Live radio, newspaper reporters, huge crowd, lots of hoopla, bands etc…

You have mentioned many times that you are going to write a book (or at least considering writing a book) on what will likely be this year’s championship run. Have you considered working with Oscar on a book on his time following the program? UK should do something with Oscar like they did with “William B. Keightley Oral History Project” (http://kdl.kyvl.org/cgi/b/bib/bib-idx?c=bkohkuk&cc=bkohkuk;page=simple), but if they don’t…

It shows the overall agenda of the insurance industry and the Chamber of Commerce in taking away citizens’ constitutional rights to have their legitimate claims heard before a jury of their peers. It also covers caps on damages and mandatory arbitration cllauses. It will open your eyes and hopefully make you think for yourselves, instead of blindly accepting the bias which has been stuffed down our throats by America’s big businesses.
