One of the stranger things about UK basketball to me has always been the fact that not enough people flock to the Blue-White Game. Think about it for a minute…the Blue-White game this year will feature ten players on the court, all of whom are super-talented and likely will be the best matchup of teams you will see Kentucky play until the UNC game in early December. How could someone not want to go?
And with that in mind, now is the time to order Blue-White tickets. If you go to the UK website, you can still get tickets for the game. From what I am told, there are still some great seats available and the cost (10 dollars) is the lowest amount you will see a game at Rupp Arena. Add to that the fact that it is the first time you will see a Calipari coached team play, and you simply have to go. These could be the matchups:
Wall vs Bledsoe
Dodson vs Miller
Harris vs Liggins
Patterson vs Stevenson
Orton vs Cousins
How could you miss that? Throw in Harrellson, Hood and Krebs and the game is going to be stacked. Its Wednesday, October 28th. My suggestion is that you not miss it.
And oh yeah….Terrence Jones is visiting for the game as well….
