I was listening to the Boston Police scanner via an app on my phone. When I started there were 10,000 listeners then 150,000 and then they shut it down. I was crazy though to listen to. Forget TV or twitter – that was RIVETING!

I am so glad we had Julius this year. I got to meet him yesterday at my son’s school. He was there with Jeff Sheppard and it was a wonderful thrill for the kids. And teachers and parents! Okay. . .I was the only parent that showed up. I was more excited than some of the kids!
