Anyone gonna give him a minute to focus on basketball? I am sure Cal will cut him off from media by this afternoon right?

congrats…but i wish they’d just let him focus on the game!

I just hope his obligatory attendance to all of these award banquets doesn’t impact his/UK’s preparation for the game tomorrow.

I agree 3&4. I thought the same exact thing. Why not wait until after the game or after the championship to hand out awards!

If it was anybody else besides Anthony…I’d be worried about the hoopla and awards taking his game prep away.

But this kids name is poise & play. Davis will be game ready.

The Big O was one of the all time greatest college and NBA players. I loved to watch him play but must admit I love to watch AD more. I don’t think we need to worry about where his concentration will be come tomorrow night. We’re prepared and we should win. I think MKD would give out on the floor before he would allow the Cats to lose. I regard him as the catalyst for the Cats. If half the team matches his effort and intensity we will win easily. GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Big O…from the Hoosier state. Why doesn’t Kentucky produce any talent if it is such a basketball state???

#s 3, 4 and 5: you’re right. It would be much better if Davis was preping for the game in his hotel room or down on Bourbon street; like Thomas Robinson.

    22) I wasn’t suggesting they are sitting in their rooms doing book reports all week, but the players have an entire floor to themselves w/ no distractions, including family members.
