If that’s the case we don’t stand a chance against Western.

And, if Western beats Alabama, they will have more fans in Commonwealth than UK.

If Western Kentucky beat Alabama I would honestly follow their season more closely than our own.

If Western Kentucky beats Kentucky in football this year, I will give anyone on here 200 dollars. Mark my word. There’s no way in this world Western could beat Kentucky in football.

WKU-Bama opened at -37. wow espn

@ #8….ill take your word on that 200 since WKU did almost beat uk last year a season afer WKU won only 2 games. WKU is currently ranked higher than UK and given the two teams performances on opening weekend (i know austin peay isn’t quite UL)I would pick the tops over the cats. Should WKU win? nope they shouldn’t, but they stand a very mighty and very realistic chance at winning.

As far as the upset alert. I would be thrilled, but no shot its happening. Tops might hang around like they did with LSU last year, but in the end bama will be too strong and too fast and the tops won’t be able to keep up.

Bama will lose to no one this year. Those guys are good. LSU and Arkansas have an outside shot at taking down the tide, but there isnt a team in the East that could keep up with Bama. If Bama makes it out of the west and into the SEC title game, go ahead and give them another National Championship.

The cats could give up 500 yds rushing to WKU. I am not sure our offense will be able to score more than 35 pts against their defense. Our best defense may come from the Tide beating on WKU.

uk is favored by 6.5 now over kent st, ha … bama is favored to win 46-8 … i don’t think there’s a chance in hell wku gets to double digits against the tide

A Sun Belt all star team couldn’t beat Bama.

toppers might score twice because by the 4th qtr bama will have all their starters on the bench

If Western beats Alabama…then they go all Oklahoma State on us and beat us 84-0

Relax. Alabama will beat the hell out of WKU (and a lot of others before the dust settles). ESPN is tired of SEC Champions and, beginning with their CFB Edition of ESPN Magazine, will take every opportunity to denigrate the SEC. Gear-up for it. Hell, if you listened to UK/UL it was abundantly clear even then. “UL has dominated the series recently.” Oh? How, by winning one out of the last 5? Many other examples. Or, maybe they’re just stupid: “Despite the rain, the humidity here is very high.” They even repeated that later in the game!

Is it check or cash money? Just make the check out to CARNIFEX. It’s spelled C-A-R-N…oh hell, just spell it like it sounds. And we won’t get the mention on the upsets bit because really, would it be that big an upset? Mushmouth has us playing at Colgate, and Prairieview A&M levels.

Bama is coming off an emotional high with the assrape of Michigan, but I don’t see WKU staying around long even if Bama throws in their C team.

GTFO. Bama on upset alert against the Red Blobs of WKU. I’ve never seen anything more ridiculous. Bama doesn’t even have to show up to beat those DIII and NAIA level scrubs by 5 TD’s. One of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen. It will be a nice payday for WKU, but after Bama cuts them the check they’re going to take it out of Western’s ass.
