Adding an apostrophe does not make something plural. It simply doesn’t. (The one exception is with letters, as in Oakland’s baseball team.) “The Harrison’s”? The Harrison’s what? It’s Harrisons. No matter how many times you see this error on someone’s mailbox, it’s still wrong.
