Next year will be the biggest opening for playing time we will have since Cal has came to UK. we are losing a lot of players this year to the draft. Not to mention Hood and Poole wont be like Liggins and Miller and actually get playing time. Its wide open, not sure why atleast 1 or 2 recruits cant see that and seize the opportunity. If we dont sign the talent we have been we had better hope Its because of a very long NBA lockout or they changed the rule to require 2 years of college.

IMO, Cal already has a few locked in but in order to pull some opposition’s attention away from some of the others he wants, he has instructed the locks he has –to keep quiet and let the others continue to focus on them. Crazy? think about it. If there’s one thing i’ve learned about him since he’s been at UK, he works all the angles and changes the way he works them every year. There is a reason he’s at the top of the game, and i’m damn glad he’s here.

Agree with Jody, going to be very tough to have a decent 2012 class. Been saying this for months and months and everyone said don’t worry, but guess what ? it’s time to worry.

What kind of writer still hasn’t figured out that “Ky.” is no longer grammatically correct?
