First again…
Xavier guard list UK as spot to transfer to.
Long, lean lefty. Looks to have a bit of Tayshaun in him. Sign him up!
To all the people that says Cal cheats in recruiting, let me say this: Each and every blue chip recruit goes to bed at night dreaming of getting some interest from UK. If and when they do, it is not a tough decision for them, unless they care more about shooting 25+ times than winning and getting the most prepared for the NBA. The name UK and Cal recruit for themselves. Every other team and coach is just jealous it’s not them. UK and Cal are so far ahead of the game, it’s almost not fair for anybody else, and I make no apologies for that!
Looks like he is playing against 12 year olds
Is there anyone in the top 20 for that year that toesn’t have UK high on their list?
At this rate, the only thing that can keep Cal from having on the greatest (on paper) recruiting classes ever that year is if the NBA puts out a 2-and-through rule and Cal returns Noel, Goodwin, Poythress (and maybe Bennett).
4) Yup, it’s what UK did briefly with Rick, only to an even higher level because Cal promotes his system and players more than himself. This is what we want and expect and what sports people claimed couldn’t be done again – domination.
Cal can take the top players that fit his system, and even when he misses (Bazz), he can still take a top 10/20 kid as his backup.
If he keeps this up and wins again this year, we’re seriously talking Dynasty as long as he wants to keep at it. Seriously, enjoy this, folks.
27th Overall?. We don’t need this kid.
#5, and #7-Thanks to your expert opinions, we must rethink our interest in this kid….NOT!
#7- If he signs with UK, he will move up in the rankings. His stock will rise with the NBA and he will make Millions. pull the trigger and be the 1st 2013 Cat and be loved by BBN.
I thought the Harrison Twins had UK as their favorite. Now they’re talking about expanding their list. Hard to turn down a player this good (Young) wanting to come to UK only to gamble on others. Same situation between Bennett and Jefferson, although it is difficult to see how interested Jefferson since we have apparently not shown that much interest in him. It looks like Bennett is going to keep wiating on his decision until he is the last player on the board.
How could he really like “the way John Calipari lets his guys play and how Kentucky gets up and down the floor” and have MSU in his top 3? MSU and UK are two completely different styles of ball?
isn’t Derek Willis already our first 2013 commit?
#7- he’s number 10 according to espn,
#7 did you not see he was 9th on rivals and 10 on espn. The kid is good
7 you are an idiot, BBN would love to have this kid, not all recruits have to be top 20, there is nothing wrong with being number 40 in the country and staying a couple years.
