Pathetic. The only thing worse than UK football is its fans. This picture is part of the reason why we have no chance to get a real football coach. Our fans don’t support the program. They just support a winner.

What happened to the mantra….win or lose, we still booze. Even during the worst of the Curry years when the team was both boring and awful, the fans still came out to support the team. Don’t say this is because of Joker. Fans hated Curry too.

#6, kiss it. I have supported this football program for 30 years and there weren’t many winning years in there. So don’t be blaming the fans. The problem is the ineptitude of the athletic director and the head coach, who haven’t yet admitted this was a mistake. Why should fans support the coach and AD? This isn’t about the players, it is about the administration.

So, just kiss it. And keep your stupid comments to yourself.

#6…how about you get YOUR ass out from behind your computer and get in the stands? The only thing worse than UK football is people like you who only bitch but support nothing.

Holy shite! We are a joke period. Good forethought Mitch, we have a lame duck coach and on the pregame he’s talking in generalities and telling us stuff we already know…neither seems to know how to change or adapt or even make up a story to keep us interested…please get this over with, this guillotine has been raised and waiting for a long time.

All that matters is that Mitch and Joker are going steady and they’ve just got to figure the football thing out!

Kudos to the real fans who want change and aren’t going to waste a Saturday sitting in the rain watching the new Vandy lose to the old Vandy!

9 – So, 30 years is where you stop being a fan? I just find it funny that we claim we want to be great at football and list these high profile coaches when the support of our football program is what you see in this picture.

10 – Have made it to 3 games this season….would be their today, but had a prior commitment. That doesn’t mean Im not going to login and see whats going on. Just because I want a new coach doesn’t keep me from supporting the team. I’m not a Joker fan, but I am a UK fan.

The funny thing is that some UK fans think they are sending a message by staying home. Mitch doesn’t care though. He is more stubborn than OTS was. No booster, email, or fan will keep him from running the program the way he wants to. If Joker wasn’t such a painfully bad coach, I almost think he would retain him just to spite the fans.

Why delete my post? All I said was that I am done until they prove they can compete in recruiting and on the field. Why have a forum?

even with Claibourne in the 80s, we would still get people in the stands with a 1 win season. UK admin doesn’t care about football. Never has.

    LEXINGTON, Ky.

Just when it seems the season can’t get worse for the University of Kentucky football team, the next game happens. But Saturday looked every bit like rock bottom as a crowd of no more than 20,000 fans watched the Wildcats take a 40-0 beating at the hands of Vanderbilt.

It was Kentucky’s worst loss to the Commodores since 1916. That’s 96 years, to be clear. The two teams have played 78 times since then. This latest humiliation against the team long considered the Southeastern Conference’s doormat comes on the heels of last season’s 30-point loss to Vanderbilt, the Cats’ previous worst in the series since 1969.

“NO WAY I am coming down to that Goat Farm!!!”
