Mychal Mulder put on a show at the NBA G League Elite Camp earlier this week and it earned him a couple of job interviews with NBA teams.
The former Wildcat will work out for the Clippers and the Timberwolves, per the Montreal Gazette. He will fly to LA on Sunday for the Clippers’ mini-camp, followed by Minnesota’s mini-camp sometime next week. The hope is he will earn a spot on a summer league roster so he can further prove he is worthy of a roster spot in the league.
Outside of his NBA hopes, Mulder will also have a shot at representing Canada at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 Americas Qualifier. Fellow former UK players Jamal Murray, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Trey Lyles are also expected to represent Canada once the roster is set in time for qualifying.
Good luck to Mychal in all of his upcoming tryouts.
