Sydney McLaughlin is taking her talents to New Balance. Now a professional, the former Olympian and UK track star announced today she’s signed a deal with New Balance, a coup for the footwear and apparel brand.
“New Balance has a long-standing history as an excellent running company and they are the perfect partner for me,” McLaughlin said in a press release. “I’m thrilled to join the Team New Balance family, a brand that not only shares the same values and principles that are important to me but also supports its athletes on and off the track.”

McLaughlin turned pro in July after an incredible year at Kentucky in which she lowered her personal bests in the 200m, 400m and 400m hurdles and ran the world’s fastest 400m hurdles of 2018 by 0.57.
