More details emerge on Andre Riddick’s arrest

On Saturday, Andre Riddick was arrested in Campbell County for public intoxication, fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. This morning, the Herald-Leader published more details on the incident and they’re not pretty.

According to the police report, Riddick is accused of picking up his girlfriend, pushing or tossing her down the stairs, and punching her in the chest in a parking garage outside a bar on Newport on the Levee. The victim cried out for help and witnesses and security called 911. Police noted that Riddick smelled of alcohol and resisted arrest, yelling at the deputy and struggling as he was handcuffed and put in the back of the cruiser.

Riddick played at Kentucky from 1991-95 and ranks fifth on Kentucky’s all-time shot blocking list (212). He lives in the Northern Kentucky area, where he owns and operates ARJ Basketball Training.

So is it a PI or an AI? People don’t seem to realize there is a difference. Either way, this is pretty disgusting and disappointing to hear if the witness statement is true. Get it together, Andre!

I fought the law and the law won.

I’m not a fan of media airing dirty laundry ESP when it involves police who are notorious for trumping up charges, and the county attorneys who likewise pile on charges (lie and make up charges, as their partner in crime, the police, do) for the corrupt purpose of the trumped-up charges scaring and bullying the person into a plea.

The description of what happened doesn’t sound good, but at least, allow the true victim (the girl in this case) file charges, and not some corporation (COUNTY OF ____ or STATE OF ____) which exists to profit, and where there is no victim. I repeat, how can a CORPORATION be a victim? It’s a legal fiction, a piece of paper. And yet, CORPORATIONS around the country go about pretending to be the victim, in effect, waging a very lucrative war on “we the people” of the land, who have been conditioned that CORPORATIONS are victims when in most cases NO HARM TO ANY MAN OR WOMAN HAS BEEN DONE. If there’s no harm, then there’s no crime, which begs the question, why Mr./Mrs. Police(y) Enforcement Officer are you harassing us?

This is a scam that will eventually be brought to light.

    1. Booby Petrino

a lot of “true victims” wouldn’t file charges for a lot of different reasons, that doesn’t mean an abuser should be free to continue abusing.

    2. chris gettelfinger is not walking through that door

So you’re saying you have video?

Look, I agree that the govt oversteps it’s Constitutional bounds a LOT, but police video sometimes backs up the police’s story against harassment charges, so I would wait & reserve judgment until we know more.

    4. TPACAT

The “Corporation” of which you speak is a lawful society. Get it now?

    5. Iamheasyouarehe

      Well now somebody’s asleep.

    6. Underdog

      Booby,

If the true victim doesn’t file charges, then that means the accused can’t face his accuser.

If some CORPORATION brings charges with the deception that it is “the victim,”, how is the accused supposed to exercise his natural right to face his accuser? How do you face a legal fiction? The legal fiction doesn’t even breathe. Can’t speak. Can’t see. Not to mention, ‘it’ has no first hand knowledge of ANYTHING! “Objection! Hearsay”! Sustained, is what the magistrate should say. Because a CORPORATION can’t speak.

    7. Booby Petrino

I’m so confused by your stance, dog. Is this opinion just for domestic battery? Or all battery? And just battery? I mean a murder victim can’t face their accuser, so I’m just wondering if your stance is about battery only. Weird.

    8. 4everUKblue

@TPACAT….A corporation is a LEGAL, not LAWFUL fictional entity. Society has nothing to do with a corporation.

    9. TPACAT

      “Civilized” society, then. Better?

    10. Underdog

      Booby,

It’s weird, isn’t it? The confusion results because you and I have been subjected to decades of propaganda via Hollywood and forced to live in the corrupt Legal Society’s world, where the priests wear their black robes and sit up higher than everybody and all the participants dutifully (albeit in many cases ignorantly) play their part in the theater to crush the Liberty of man. It’s become rare for a man to successfully exercise his natural rights.

What I’ve shared is not my opinion. It’s natural law. It’s the old common law. It’s the law of the Bible, if you will, but predates the Bible. It’s Nature’s Law. It’s the law that’s inscribed in our hearts. It’s innate to all of us. We all know that we have done wrong when we have hurt another man or woman. And likewise, when there’s no victim, we all know in our hearts a crime has NOT been committed. Children know this. But millions rot in jail, and billions made by law firms, for victimless crimes. Of course, our god, the state, plays the victim role so convincingly, and we the people are carefully brainwashed and threatened to play along, or the consequences will be much worse, our god tells us.

The Bill of Rights lists a few of our “rights”, not that the Constitution or any gov’t granted right. How nice of the Founders, but the 9th Amendment says the mentioning of certain inalienable, God-given rights “shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” Rights exist because we exist. And they’re not even “rights”, per say. Rights aren’t granted. Because the grantor can take them back. All people are inherently free. You are, by your nature, already free. This is the value of a human being. We have been inculcated to believe we are subjects to the state.

    11. 4everUKblue

I’m with you Underdog! Been researching this for a year or so and you’re right.

    12. 4everUKblue

We’ve all been indoctrinated since birth. What better way to control the masses than by controlling education.

TPACAT. You could learn something from what Underdog is saying if you open your mind.

Another Rick Pitino player gets busted?

  5. Underdog

    Gettlefinger,

I have reserved judgment. I know nothing about this particular case.

The points I made are really independent of the case above, but most likely apply to this case. Is there a true victim here, or on the COMPLAIN, is the “victim” the state? Undoubtedly, the “victim” is the state.

It’s a all a big fraud being perpetuated to the utter destruction of the people of the land.

    1. 4everUKblue

I understand what you’re saying Underdog, these are things they don’t want us to understand. Most people don’t realize The United States is a corporation not a government, it’s just a business and they don’t answer to any of the laws we do. Same goes for London and Vatican City, all three are city states. You can look up just about any city, police force on Dun & Bradstreet and find out if it is a corporation, corporations are about money not justice. It would be helpful to everyone if we stopped taking everything we are told as fact and do a little research. Having said all that, I am not addressing the Riddick situation at all.

    2. Underdog

      4everUKblue,

I could tell you get it by the rebuttal of TPACat above. You nailed it there.

I am also not addressing the above case. I hope he’s innocent, because I was a big fan of him, so hope he’s not guilty of hurting a woman or anybody else. I hope justice prevails.

We live in the matrix, and a big part of the deceit is foisted upon us by the corrupt corporations. They took over the Legal Society (the Bar) long ago, and have just about destroyed all vestiges of Liberty in this country, though there appears to be a Second American Revolution underway.

    3. 4everUKblue

We will both be labeled as crazy but it’s all about complete control. Nobody notices they don’t call the Marines the United States of America Marines, the United States and the United States of America are two different entities.

I understand everything you’ve said here and I too hope he is not guilty and I too was a big fan of his. Crrow777 covered this very topic in several of his episodes.

    4. 4everUKblue

My last comment got moderated Underdog. I understand everything you’ve said here and I too hope he is not guilty and I too was a big fan of his. Crrow777 covered this very topic in several of his episodes.

    5. 4everUKblue

Wow I have never seen a comment that was caught by the modbot ever get posted until now.

  6. Underdog

    4everUKblue,

I too have an innocuous comment “awaiting moderation”! More control? Or will liberty of thought be allowed here?

Btw, where can I find Crrow777, his writings or episodes, that you refer to?

    2. chris gettelfinger is not walking through that door

Underdog, I am just as much about our natural rights & freedoms as you. However, if I am reading your comments correctly, you are saying the state shouldn’t be able to charge Riddick, even if they have video to prove he did what they accuse him of, unless the victim presses charges. I don’t agree with that. Like someone above said, an alleged murderer can’t face his/her accuser in court.

      Where am I wrong?

BTW, I am in total agreement about the amount of control our governments exercise today. Egregious.

    3. Underdog

Chris, I gave you a response, but again, it says “awaiting moderation”. Many times the mods here never post perfectly appropriate comments.

The gist was, “doesn’t the accused have the right to face his accuser no matter who brings suit”?

The STATE can do whatever it wants. But does Riddick have to forfeit his right to face his accuser? The STATE brings nothing to the table. “It” can’t speak. Has no first-hand knowledge. The real question is, do we have our perfectly natural right to address/ face/ speak to our accuser?

Today’s corrupt legal society says “Hell NO, sit down and shut up or you’ll be held in contempt of court.”

But brave people are winning. But there is no publicity of such common law victories. Total black out.

Did I stumble on to an Alex Jones message board?

    1. 4everUKblue

No AJ is a disinfo agent, a total shill. He mixes some truth with total lies, his main job is to make anyone who goes against the mainstream look crazy. All this is provable, but please don’t take my word for it, do your own research.

You’re welcome Underdog, good to know there are others waking up to the lies, deception and indoctrination.

      4everUKblue,

I’ve listened to Mark Passio before, but then lost track of him. There are so many good things out on the Internet, or used to be. Censorship by Google, Facebook, and the major corporate entities is epidemic now. If Mark was bigger, he’d likely be blacked out.

I’ve been listening to AJ for perhaps 10 years, and then for 20 years before that reading and listening to guys like Mark, William Cooper, and many others whose message resonates with truth. I especially find common law interesting.

Curious, what are Alex’s repeated lies? I’ve found that he not accurate all the time. He has no teleprompter, so he corrects himself when error is discovered. Being the tip of the spear and having money and a pretty big media organization himself now, he is the target of much misinfo. He may be the #1 target in America today. Shut him down, and the rest will follow.

So since you have done your research, what documented lies can you report? I’d be interested.

Remember, there are lots of prideful people out there who ARE disinfo agents, who SOUND like truth-tellers, but inwardly are ravening wolves and traitors. There are many regular “competitors” in the market place as well who don’t understand that taking down AJ is bad for THEM! Many prideful people who think they compete with Alex who would like to see him fall to get more market share. Selfish and shortsighted. Notice that AJ frequently promotes up and comers, and stands by and praises major “competitors” when they do something right and worthy of praise.

Alex’s career has been and continues to be “anti mainstream”, in my view. Yes, he’s a Trump supporter (look at Trump’s enemies — all Dem and Repub mainstream folks). The only Rep he’s ever supported before was Ron Paul. Alex is Libertarian and that is not mainstream in Wash DC.

    2. Underdog

Great quote from one of those Passio videos you linked to:

“It is impossible to begin to learn that which one thinks one already knows.”

      – Epictetus

Pride destroys our ability to learn. The “tradition of our fathers” often is the biggest roadblock to learning truth.

Underdog in my opinion, AJ mixes some truth about 9/11 with disinfo. I listened AJ for a long time as well before I started to notice inaccuracies. It’s been quite a while since I looked at 9/11 and I can’t remember his entire take but I will find you a link that I believe is closest to the truth. This is long and very detailed, he spends a lot of time on his resume and he documents everything. I emailed back and forth with him after he escaped from prison in Bangkok, I will also give you a link to a video version but it’s long and his accent is hard to understand.

Underdog, the main reason I believe AJ is a disinfo agent is, I don’t believe anyone would be allowed such a large platform to do what he does if he were not in the club. See that’s how they deceive you, by mixing truth with disinfo. The main objective is to divide and conquer, if they can keep us fighting among ourselves we will never be organized enough to come together and make a difference. So they lead us down these rabbit holes and have us chasing our tails while they are taking more rights and imprisoning us even more. Anyone who thinks we are all not prisoners stop paying taxes. You don’t own your car, your land, your house. But don’t take my word, call me crazy and do your own research.

  18. 4everUKblue

Underdog, re AJ: Personally, I make a distinction between dis-info and controlled opposition. I think AJ is allowed to go so far, but is reigned in when he goes too far. Sandy hook is a prime example. The tell-tale is will he be willing to go to trial re Sandy Hook OR settle. IF he settles, that is the final proof.
